Another Homecoming

In another homecoming, Harry and Martha Grimes are young and in love. But like so many others, Harry must go off to fight in World War II -even though he only just got married! Though Martha and Harry fear they may never see each other again, it's the promise of new life that fills in the baby that Martha is carrying.... But when Harry disappears and is presumed dead, Martha despairs. She is about to give birth and believes she is all alone in the world. Wanting the best for her baby, she gibes up her newborn daughter for adoption to a wealthy, prominent family. But then through life longing for the daughter they may never know.

In the process, they find it difficult to give their younger child, Joel, the love and attention he so desperately needs. As Kyle grows up in another family, and Joel grows to manhood, they and their parents each learn the soothing power of God's grace. And in their own ways, they hope for God's greatest another homecoming.
