Now most of the tracks and stations are gone. 

Rusty Rails offer a unique 35-year perspective on a vanished part of our rural transportation heritage.  From 1961-1996, John R. Hardy followed trains, rode as a passenger and ran through snow-covered fields and weed-grown rail yards to capture on film the passing of an era.
